We will promote the regulation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) with the objective to ensure that national security is not compromised. The collection and access to metadata by both the Australian Government, corporations and other entities (domestic and foreign) will be restricted so as not to interfere with the privacy of Australian citizens.

We will promote the assent of a national Human Rights Act to ensure that the Australian public are protected from Federal, State and Corporate persecution concerning the application and use of AI and the IoT, and that the application of the said technology does not violate fundamental human rights as recognised in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and common law.
